Well happy FRIDAY! I hope you haven’t fallen over. It’s true, I’m posting more than once this week but I had to share these cute bags I made using the Gift Bag Punch Board. I decided to make some cute treat bags for some teachers at my daughter’s school. I used old and new supplies and I’m happy with the way everything came out!
These are super easy to make and fun! And I’m thinking they’ll like the Ferrero Rocher chocolates inside. 😉 Thanks for stopping by! Think ahead friends and make your own bags for Christmas! Shop with me for your supplies here!
Here is a great tutorial on how to make the gift bag topper!
Hello crafting friends!
There is a fun sketch this week at Create with Connie and Mary! I brought out my favorite color for this one. MELON MAMBO and a lot of it!
Here is my take:
I haven’t played with my fringe scissors in awhile and decided to get them out. I also decided to play with the tried and true uni-ball Signo gel pen. I used it to draw dots on my Bermuda Bay card stock. The white shows up great! I decided to use the Honeycomb embossing folder, I felt that it mimicked the shapes in the Back to Black DSP nicely. I used the new hand held stapler to attach my 1/4″ cotton ribbon and bling. 😉
I used Sassy Salutations for my sentiment. Just felt that it paired nice with my sassy pink. 🙂 Come play this week’s sketch challenge here!
Here is another shot of the white ink from the uni-ball Signo pen on the Bermuda Bay:
Hope everyone has a great day! Thanks for stopping by!
Oh my, it has been awhile! Weeks ago I said I was going to share another card box. I’m sorry for the long break in posting but our sweet baby girl made her debut! I haven’t been in my craft room for almost a month! Time to get back at it for sanity’s sake! 😉
This card box holds 10 A2 cards with envelopes! L-O-V-E it! It was a hostess gift for my friend and neighbor. She hosted a Stampin’ Up! party and I wanted to give her something nice that she could use. Kind of like the gift that keeps on giving. 🙂
Once you slip the belly band off you have access to the goods! The flower on this was made with the new fringe scissors. Those babies are awesome! I really wanted a big black brad but didn’t have one so I sponged my antique brad with black Stayz On and there ya have it!
And as my blogging buddy at Mon Petit Chateau put it, here is my greatest creation:
