Stamper’s Remorse

Greetings! It is color challenge time at Create with Connie and Mary! CCMC388

You may be wondering about the title of this post… Have you ever made something and thought it looked great but when you saw a picture of it you realized it wasn’t so awesome after all?

Not to say that I don’t like the card but I regret my foliage. It blends right into the background. I should have stamped on it or even used DSP to break it up a bit but I promise it doesn’t look like this so much in person! 😉

Thanks for stopping by today! And if you’ve noticed a few more typos than usual I’m sorry about that. I got a new computer and these keys are stiff as all get out! Hope you get  a chance to play along this week, pop on over to Create with Connie and Mary!

  1. I think your card looks lovely! The little spray of flowers may not show up as much as you wanted it too but it is still a sweet accent for the sentiment. I think every blogger has had many times where the photo doesn’t compare to the real thing!

  2. I really like this Bridgette – the sentiment and ribbon banner look great against the chevron panel and the pops of purple from sentiment and the flower really work. Don’t beat yourself up about the leaves – hindsight is a wonderful thing but we are all most critical of our own designs!
